This unique property was previously home to the Twin Valley Fire Department. Hopewell Manor was constructed around the original fire hall and now The Springfield Room has a new life as our Community Center. The mix of historical perspective and modern amenities, all at an affordable price, makes Hopewell Manor the perfect place to call home. Our community is available to seniors 62 years of age and older. It contains 71 one-bedroom units, 10 of which are accessible units. Hopewell Manor is strictly non-smoking.
