Fairville Management Company, LLC (FVMC) was established in 2002 as the management agent for communities developed and owned by the Delaware Valley Development Company. Our reputation for superior management resulted in the addition of third party contracts to our portfolio. FVMC currently manages 30 communities in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, totaling over 2,000 units. Ownership of FVMC is a partnership formed by its President, Maria Kempski, and the Delaware Valley Development Company. We employ a dedicated staff of experienced, highly trained professionals in our Management, Maintenance and Corporate offices. We are committed to providing quality affordable housing and take great pride in creating communities that our residents are proud to call home.
