Porter needed for a Senior Tax Credit Community in Elverson, PA. Responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary units and hallways on the property and ensuring the condition of the asset is cleaned to meet the standards of the Owner, Property Management Company, and State and Local Agencies.
Job Requirements
- Perform full cleaning of vacant units.
- Clean hallways daily, remove trash, clean floors.
- Clean laundry room.
- Maintain all supplies in a neat and clean manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Necessary Skills
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in this field. Candidate must maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Salary Range
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
