Job Requirements

Applicants will be trained to meet the following Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Oversee the site’s daily administration and tenant relations.

  • Assist with initial certifications, annual re-certifications, rent increases, utility allowances, in accordance with the LIHTC and HUD guidelines.

  • Assist the site team to prepare sites for Management and Occupancy (MOR), REAC, regulatory agencies, investor audits and inspections.

  • Conduct unit inspections.

  • Participate in compliance programs with established HUD, LIHTC, and other applicable policies, procedures and budgetary constraints.

  • Administer rent collection.

  • Coordinate move-ins and orient new residents.

  • Provide input for rent adjustments.

  • Monitor and resolve building occupancy.

  • Prioritize application of the Affirmative Fair Housing Law in in every aspect of our operation.

  • Assist in training new employees assigned to the site.

  • Work with the management team to develop innovative and productive management policies to meet our company goals in a respectful and positive environment.

Necessary Skills
