This unique property was previously home to the Twin Valley Fire Department. Hopewell Manor was constructed around the original fire hall and now, The Springfield Room has a new life as our Community Center. The mix of historical perspective and modern amenities, all at an affordable price, makes Hopewell Manor the perfect place to call home. Our community is available to seniors 62 years of age and older and contains 71 one-bedroom units, 10 of which are ADA accessible.. Hopewell Manor is strictly non-smoking.

I moved into Hopewell Manor in July 2022. In general, I find Hopewell Manor to be a friendly and safe place to live. I find there is a good sense of community among the residents. We have planned activities available to all the residents. The staff at Hopewell Manor is available to talk to and to help when needed. as with any place, there are small problems that arise from time to time, especially maintenance related. However, management works quickly to correct these problems.
